Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for the latest delivery information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@taigepets.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the case and help make it right.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
