Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@taigepets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@taigepets.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the case and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or parts
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale, if applicable
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@taigepets.com.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@taigepets.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be unused, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
